Following recent looting and rioting of Antifa members in the Old Port of Montréal, the Québec government has taken a giant step towards public safety. During Wednesday's press conference, François Legault has announced that his government has launched an electronic looting passport program which will become mandatory for all public venues. Failure to comply with this new unconstitutional policy could result in a $10,000 fine and up to 3 years of jail time.
